Really minor annoyances

The new roundabout at the top of Mill Hill/Silksworth, and the fact you have to go all the way around it in the outside lane when heading south, and because you can’t signal until after you’ve gone past the first and second exit, anyone coming from the new builds on the second exit instantly pulls out as they assume you’re taking the second exit, then because they don’t realise the road is now 30 down the bank, they are up your arse in their Bentleys.

Really minor annoyance like

Lorry drivers who decide that instead of the massive gap behind you where no other vehicle is in sight they will just pull out and make you slow down then take 3 or 4 miles to overtake the the lorry in front.

I was seething on the A69 once.

Lorry in front pulled out at the start of the crawler overtaking lane. It took the whole lane to overtake the lorry in front. Then it trundled along a few feet in front of the lorry it had just overtaken. So we all had to trundle along until the next crawler lane.

There’s no way the driver doesn’t know what they are doing, I’d love to hear from some drivers on why they do it.

Buying a doughnut from greggs and the bag it's in pulls all the topping off when you open it 🤬
Need some sort of halo mechanism like the f1 cars to protect the topping imo!!
They used to use "lifting paper" which was plastic to prevent this. They then decided to go "green" and save the planet by not using the plastic. The 1000's of £££s they saved on plastic lifting paper was just a coincidence mind.

Bairns have been pushing buttons in the car. Traffic reports have been coming on for days during songs. Had to google how to get rid of it
My wife used to hate any of the automatic features in my car. We tend to take whichever car is on the end of the drive, so she would drive mine regularly and turn everything off.

Automatic wipers - no. Automatic headlights - no. Then for the radio, I would get in the car and no sound, the stereo was turned off. Still no sound, it was set to bluetooth. Ok that is reasonable, switch back to radio. Still no sound. The volume was down to zero, turn it up. Still no sound. The radio was no longer tuned to any station. Press preset 1, still no sound. FFS it has switched to medium wave where I don't have any presets. Go to FM. Still no sound, it was set to a random FM frequency before switching to medium wave. Press preset 1, finally Radio 2 starts, but doesn't sound right. The speakers are set for front and left only. Why? Sort out the balance and finally I have radio sounding decent, after about 3 miles of driving. Discover Vanessa Phelps is standing in for Jeremy Vine and is playing shit music - turn the fucker off again.

It took a few years, but she stopped doing that.

The plethora of otherwise reasonably entertaining antiques dealing shows on tv that feature ‘eccentric’ antique ‘experts’, who always seem to lose money and dress up like utter arseholes.

They all seem desperate to have some sort of ‘shtick’

I’d apply any setting that rendered both Vanessa Phelps and Jeremy Vine utterly mute regardless of how it impacted on other aspects of the infotainment system.
