Really minor annoyances

I went to the tip earlier today, with my car rammed full of a old shed I pulled down. When I got to that section of skips, there was a bloke parked in front of the wood skip and nobody else there. Nowt wrong with that. I parked a reasonable distance behind so he could still unload and I had further to carry my big sections of scrap wood.

When he left, I jumped in my car and started driving forward to take the easier spot. I was on the move and I left my boot open, so it was clear I had a lot of wood to shift. This woman came round the corner and absolutely floored her car, then swerved in cutting me up, just to get in front of the wood skip. I had to jump on my breaks so I didn’t hit her. Proper wheel screech from her and everything. She got out and give a smug superior look before taking 10 minutes to drop in 2 small shelves.

The couple of staff up there stood open mouthed that someone had driven so stupidly just to do that. Then decided to give me a hand unloading my car.

Coming out of car park to turn right onto a main road which was relatively quiet for the time of day. A vehicle was travelling toward my exit on my right so I thought for safety purposes I best hold fire. No vehicles behind or in front on a double lane road where the speed limit 60kmh and it is travelling at best 20kmh
Grrrrhh.
 
Me and the missus can be sitting in the living room and she'll just scream some instructions to one of the kids in the other end of the house.

Actually is there a major annoyances I can move this too :lol:

Annoys the fuck out of me when news of someone's death is released by the media and they won't tell you the cause; especially when they're unusually young..

I know sometimes they have to have autopsies etc. and respect privacy, but I'd rather not know at all if they're going to give me a "Fire at Seaparks?" headache over it.

I always remember my wifes face one time when staying with my parents early in our relationship. They were both going out somewhere and my mam was running around like a mad thing but seeming to do nothing (which was normal growing up, we would all be ready and she would be shouting about being late). "We are going in 5 minutes" she said in a stressed voice.

So my dad said "aye, right", and sat down on the sofa with his shoes on ready, a jacket on the arm of the chair, a fresh cup of coffee and a news paper. 25 minutes later my mam appeared, announcing she was ready and only then did he stand up to leave. Of course as he made it to the front door "I'm just going for a wee" and he sat back down to read another two pages.

Years of experience showing from my dad there.
