Apart from "squad of serial losers" is a completely objective thing, and it does not mean that any one group of players can definitely be turned into promotion chasers. There always to be a side that is at the bottom of the league, and it is possible for the worst set of players to be at the bottom of the league and there to be no real way to play their way out of it.
