Apart from the keeper we played well and gave everything. What else can we ask for?
The depressing thing is, this has to be the best run of results in a couple of years![]()

Hope he starts next week. Camp is the worst gk I've ever seenThe untried kid could not have done worse than Camp. At the very least not signing camp could have saved the club an additional wage.
Played sort of well the last 5 gamesThe depressing thing is, this has to be the best run of results in a couple of years![]()

Rock bottom after 43 games with Burton Albion above us and 6 points adrift.
Cecil B DeMille couldnt direct an epic to reflect the absolute ineptness of Sunderland AFC. We are the Ben Hur of football disasters.
..but the players aren't to blame. Read it on here.Kone and Camp straight down the tunnel there. Bunch of charlatans they really are.
Fuck right off, robbing a living.
he has, and is the worst manager in our history.. some accolade considerating the opposition.. he just needs to fck off..I've been hoping for that to happen for a while now mate. Anyone who thinks he'll lead us to promotion next season needs their head examining. Even if a takeover happens
We've played well last 5 games. Far far too late. The application and desire of the last 5 games would have seen us midtable but all those home games in which we played demonstrably bad in cost us. At least we will get no last day heartache now. If we would have won we would have a chance but fuck me the bottom of this league is shit. Criminal we are going down. Give me 5 minutes in a boxing ring with Short and Bain.
True. But the last 5 games have offered hope. A half decent defence and we would be out of trouble by now.....It was ages ago in fairness
With our scouting network?, given the budget or lack there of you’d think signing a keeper from a team chasing promotion who had done alright there before injury and losing his place would turn out to be a better signing than sticking with steel or ruiter, I don’t think anyone could see how shite camp would turn out to be. On paper it wasn’t a bad signing given our budget and desperate need to bring someone in.Camp isn't all we could afford though. Are you saying there are NO goalkeepers on frees that are better than Lee Camp? I reckon we could all go out watching Northern League this weekend and find better. He's that bad and is costing us points every single week he plays.
Not disagreeing but think of last season and the start of this with the constant losses.Haven't won in four!
Nah... It's not simply bad luck, I'm afraid. At this point, the table doesn't lie.
A better team would have have these games, aye.
We are not that better team, obviously.
I'm f***ing staggered TBH. Its takes a complete fuckup on a scale that I had just never thought possible for a club with the resources of Sunderland AFC to be bottom of this league. You know a fuck load more about our history than I do mate, but surely there's can be no denying this is our lowest ebb. Will be our worst ever second tier season, and unless we win the league next season that'll be our worst ever. Heads should be rolling and fans should be in uproar
Bottle. They have none of it.Last two games man. If we held on those games we were 1 point behind Bolton who are 4th bottom and we've got Burton nxt they've got wolves
