Rock bottom after 43 games with Burton Albion above us and 6 points adrift.

Cecil B DeMille couldnt direct an epic to reflect the absolute ineptness of Sunderland AFC. We are the Ben Hur of football disasters.

You know a fuck load more about our history than I do mate, but surely there's can be no denying this is our lowest ebb. Will be our worst ever second tier season, and unless we win the league next season that'll be our worst ever. Heads should be rolling and fans should be in uproar

We've played well last 5 games. Far far too late. The application and desire of the last 5 games would have seen us midtable but all those home games in which we played demonstrably bad in cost us. At least we will get no last day heartache now. If we would have won we would have a chance but fuck me the bottom of this league is shit. Criminal we are going down. Give me 5 minutes in a boxing ring with Short and Bain.

I'm not sure it's as much more effort. Mcnair has been back. I think he had made that much difference to how weve played

Camp isn't all we could afford though. Are you saying there are NO goalkeepers on frees that are better than Lee Camp? I reckon we could all go out watching Northern League this weekend and find better. He's that bad and is costing us points every single week he plays.
With our scouting network?, given the budget or lack there of you’d think signing a keeper from a team chasing promotion who had done alright there before injury and losing his place would turn out to be a better signing than sticking with steel or ruiter, I don’t think anyone could see how shite camp would turn out to be. On paper it wasn’t a bad signing given our budget and desperate need to bring someone in.

Nah... It's not simply bad luck, I'm afraid. At this point, the table doesn't lie.

A better team would have have these games, aye.

We are not that better team, obviously.

Our manager is certainly right up there in the blame stakes for at least 2 of them. Not bringing an attacker on until 9 seconds before the end of injury time when Leeds had been down to 10 men for 6 minutes and not bringing on an outlet when we were being pinned back against Norwich.
I'm afraid the man is incapable of seeing a game of football out.

I'm f***ing staggered TBH. Its takes a complete fuckup on a scale that I had just never thought possible for a club with the resources of Sunderland AFC to be bottom of this league.

Pitiful. Absolutely pitiful.

As I said we are the Ben Hur of footballing disasters.
