Is there a law prohibiting subs before we go a goal down? When was the last time we had a coach who would make proactive changes instead of just reacting to a losing position?

Burstow should have been off at half time. Don’t want to hammer the lad because the reality is he’s simply not good enough. He’s nowhere near this level. He doesn’t have the physicality or the brain to be a forward. He likes to fall deep naturally, he won’t be making incisive runs up top and it kneecaps our play.

why does it take going a goal behind, which we all saw coming, the make the changes that should have been made much earlier?

It’s so frustrating putting up with this week after week.

The last time was Neil. Proactive changes is his biggest skill.
 
If we need a striker why aren't we playing two - a nice 4-4-2 - give us two chances of getting at least one striker in the right place at the right time - give Jobe a rest.

They would have changed the game at half time and literally everybody knows it. Why wait until we’re losing?
