I thought he got very lucky at Leicester and I don't think he is the right man to transform the whole structure of our club which needs doing. Nice bloke though

Thats a fair enough opinion, what about him with a DoF to look after the structure side of things?

Am old school matey, I think the Dof model was the start of our downfall and I have yet to hear an argument to justify it's existence. I think a manager should mould the club not just the team into his own vision and I honestly thought Moyes could have done that but he was worse than useless

I know what you mean but I think unless you're a top manager at a top club with top players then the majority of managers have one club that suits them. Maybe a DoF is the way to go but with someone decent?

Unfortunately I cannot agree mate. For it to work they must almost have a telepathic understanding of how each other would see the game played etc. The manager should be accountable for everything in my opinion and that also includes his backroom staff, no room for a Dof
