Ralph Hassnhuttl

Would love him here but…

He’d want his own coaching staff

He’d want investment in the team

He’d definitely want a couple of star players added to it who can actually hit a barn door

And he’d want a decent wage

Not sure our poundshop owners would agree to any of them terms

Indeed.

To this day, no one loves to share a laugh on skis more than Franz. Every winter, visitors can join him for Early Morning Skiing at his home resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim. He leads small exclusive groups of early risers around his favourite mountain slopes and down the World Cup run named in his honour.

He’s 70 now old Franz

Used to love watching him back in the day.

Mind there was fuck all else to watch on Telly back then.

Southampton replacing him with Nathan Jones is arguably the worst managerial downgrade in PL history

I think Ralph recently said he wanted some time out of the game but in any case you'd think he'd get top division offers in Europe.

With hindsight yes, but at the time Moyes was still highly regarded and there weren’t many complaints. Didn’t last long though. Wilkinson- fair enough.
When Jones went to Stoke and flopped, it was a bit of a surprise to see Southampton take a punt on him. He did a good job at Luton, but just doesn't seem to be able to handle a bigger club. Sometimes, it just doesn't work out. Moyes has done relatively well at West Ham (to me), but there's always been an undercurrent of the fans not liking him, and its out in the open again during another bad spell.
