Raise the roof

Part 5 tomorrow.

Chance to go 2nd in the league. Let’s be at it from the off.
I actually get light butterflies when I think about tomorrow’s match and the prospect we could do that. Looking forward to the new bridge again and SOL under the lights. I thought feelings like this were long gone a few years back, all credit to the board and Reggie for giving us this.

It feels like one of those moments I wish we could “ freeze “ in time ( in case it goes belly up !)
Havnt had many opportunities like this in 60 plus years following the heroes
In one breath I cannot wait but just mentioning we can go second to one or two seems surreal !

Not just second but second to set up a game against top of the league at home next week under the lights

Feel like someone is going to wake me up and say you are actually in the bottom 3 with 3 points !
This team manager and recruitment /staff have been incredible( so far !)

Keep this going again today.

Huge result if we can win today.

Bournemouth have been poor away from home too. Only 1 win from 6 and a -7 GD.

I think there's a risk of these games turning into "just another game" over the course of a PL season. Shite weather, not a huge team on paper (compared to say Arsenal) etc.

But we really need the atmosphere and crowd to be as good as it has been against the likes of Arsenal, regardless of how the team start.

The crowd definitely could be the difference between picking something up and not, in these games.

Keeping this going as we've done well in every game so far, so it continues.

Raise the roof, shout, scream, whistle, sing your hearts out. We're back after 8 years away, don't let them hide what they've done and who they sold their soul to.

Any homemade banners going to pop up?
