Rafael Benítez

The guy can't loose.

Stick in a £5 million sacking clause and a "bigger club" release clause, then just sit back and enjoy.

Can't see the top talent (what there is) hanging around and it'll be a bun fight for decent Championship players. Add to that the fact that sustaining 30 lads on £60k a week in that league is expensive and add again Rafa's wages which must be a few million and the whole thing will be burning a hole in Ashleys pocket.

I reckon it'll cost £100 million a year to sustain and without premiership money it's a big ask.

Sports Direct will probably have to end the 70% off sale.
We didn't maintain lads on 60k in the prem, never mind in the champ, so that is nonsense.

OK then, your fans hounded out MoN after 45 minutes in his first game in charge, that's a fact, backed up by match reports, and people booing at the match. That must be a record. You can put that next to the 1-9 trophy

Yes, some did,but not all. Booing a team off doesn't constitute a hounding out, surely you as a Sunderland cancan understand that, you were nearly booing your side off every home game earlier in the season and last
 Surely you jest about the 1st manager everyone was desperate to succeed!

Ranieri also couldn't beat Aston Villa earlier in the season, is he shite? Or Pellegrini? etc....

The Villa game was one of the most critical games Newcastle have had in the last ten years.

Benitez went for a draw until Sunderland were beating Chelsea with 15 minutes to go .......... shocking tbh.

Just been to the bookies next door and was chatting to Shirley, (She has come out of retirement and works back there now, 2 days a week, (3 days if Stan is on holiday).

Anyway, we were talking about the mags and that and she looked up that Rafa is 16/1 to be the first manager sacked next season, could be worth a few ££, especially if they lose their first few matches.

Anyone fancy a flutter?

How much are your onion rings?

Is this the same 'Raffa' they were encouraging to stay before their last home game by handing out leaflets by any chance or a different bloke?

If the scammers start to take in the water, at what stage can we change his name from 'Rafa' to 'Fael'?
Geddit!!
