it was meant to be slightly tongue in cheek, dont know how many people would be at an EssexCCC board meeting, but probably be at least a dozen, so would be plenty of witnesses to support hi or otherwise.

Sadly not surprised about Essex. It's an area where, politically, Michael Vaughan would feel at home with, and a membership that probably has an older average age than most other counties, brought up in an environment when casual racism was the norm.
