How do you get to that?
 
Villa winning the Europa league doesn’t change there being 8 teams in Europe. We will need to improve massively to come 8th, there’s still a chance but winning 3 out of 4 is hard.

We’re always better as underdogs
 
So top 6 CL

7th Europa
8th Conference

Assuming FA Cup winner finishes top 7 and Villa win Europa and finish 5th.

Otherwise 6th Europa and 7th Conference.

Is that right?

I've given up understanding all the permutations as I've got it wrong already.

But best result for us is City winning the FA Cup and Villa finishing 5th and winning the EL.

As that should mean(I've no idea if Palace win ECL and finish 7th what happens then)

6th is CL
7th is EL
8th is ECL

So gives us best chance to end up in a European spot. As are 2-4 points of them places.
