What’s happened to Dickson?

Him abs Bedingham not firing in the t20 hasn’t helped

We’ve probs not had a good year but I look it that we’ve got another one of our own in the England side winning test matches. Who looks made for test cricket in England, that’s down to him himself and the work the club have done

So in that regards he’s been a success

Intersting ti see how Carse goes in Amsterdam, he’s been very hit and miss but I think they fancy him for the “plunkett role” and I think with good captaincy by Morgan and Potts there’s a chance he would be ideal
 
For me championship results far more disappointing than T20.
I think there is some mitigating factors for the T20 with three players away for England, our overseas player who comes in to skipper the side gets injured in the 2nd match and Dickson who is having a cracking season and is a power hitter as well gets crocked.
Where as during the championship we have had the luxury of two overseas Players. The three England players have been involved in plenty of matches and other than Carse we have been pretty much injury free. But the results and even the cricket we have played has been disappointing.
I honestly thought we would be pushing Notts at the top of the table with 3 or 4 wins. We can't even blame a wet spring.
 
23 points behind second place at the Halfway House having played a game more than the three teams above us is not a good look considering the players we have had at our disposal.

If we don't win the game beginning on Sunday then I can't see any way back in the Championship which is the only tournament I'm really bothered about.

Been shocking this season, considering some of the players we've got in form and picked for England.

Trevaskis and Borthwick haven't a clue how to set a field or manage the bowlers. We either need to replace them or look at the advice they're getting from the coach.

It's the coach who appointed them so the buck stops at him.
