Put a flat earthier into space

I was only replying in the tone you were being with me (for some reason). No point going over old ground, and tbh there are several people on this thread who know much more than me on either side of the debate, so it’s more interesting just reading. Sorry if you think i was being an arse.

There isn't the other side of the debate in terms of the existence of space/planets/the universe. There's obviously questions around say our fundamental knowledge in various aspects of the subject, i.e. exact distances to stars, the real age of the universe, what is dark matter, why is gravity so weak etc etc.

The other side from the conspiracy theorist is simply stuff he's made up in his own head.

Looks like the projector onto the dome must have gone on the blink

Go on then, what is it?
I explained it all before.
Hydrogen/helium....etc, icicles coming loose from the dome and friction burning in more dense atmosphere high up, until they turn back to gas and take their place back into the atmospheric layer they equalise in as that gas.

Pretty simple to think on if you really want to look at it from my side. Not so simple if you obviously look at it as rocks and ice just flying through a vacuum in a sort of orbit or whatever.

Did you see the prat on Good Morning.

Phillip Scofield mentioned he had been on concord at 64,000 feet and had seen the curve of the eartH. He replied you only thought you had seen the curve. They then showed him live footage from the space station and his answer was its CGI!!!!

They really are special……….

But hydrogen and helium would boil off to gas before they reached a temperature they would burn at.

Not to mention the movement in your "theory" would be vertical instead of largely horizontal.

Apart from that it makes sense

What temperature?
You're thinking down here on dense atmosphere, aren't you?

Not to mention the movement in your "theory" would be vertical instead of largely horizontal.

Not when carried by the outer vortex.

Apart from that it makes sense
It won't make much sense to you and I accept that.

Helium doesnt burn in any meaningful sense, noble gas named as it doesnt do a lot. Hydrogen burns with a barely visible blue flame - if there is a burning H2 leak you often can only find it from the heat it gives off. Auto ignition of hydrogen is around 500 deg c (freezing point -262 deg c iirc) helium is non flammable

Keeping your mind on it at sea level will not help you understand it high in the sky.
You say helium doesn't burn but you need to understand friction burning.
Metal doesn't burn but friction glow can occur.

Up at the dome the ice will not be like ice we walk on down here. It will be ice that is the result of massively broken down matter, namely hydrogen/helium, etc.
Once that ice drops from the dome it will be under friction and it will glow and turn back to a gas, hence why you see the tail.
It makes no sense because it's scientifically illiterate.
Of course it is, to you and others who think rocks can simply float around in a nothingness of space and also orbit at ridiculous speeds.
I honestly and truthfully do not expect you to come out with anything other than this. Why would you?
Your mind's made up.

There will be others who will actually sit back and ponder it all and think " you know what, there could be something in this."
As far as you're concerned there won't be but that's fine in my book.
Outer vortex, that's a new one you have made up for this answer. Never been mentioned in this thread before.
It has but I used a sink and plug hole analogy and it got lost on those who saw it. Maybe you didn't see it or it got lost on you.
I can't help that, I can only give out what I think by how I explain, which obviously will be far from most people's cup of tea.

It's amazing how quickly you can glue words together to plug holes in your "model" almost as if it was being made up on the fly
Or already thought of and only coming to light because it was overlooked.

So called ice falling from a so called dome 🤷
