Recently been eating these "Grenade" protein bars after lifting weights, got 23g of protein and only 1.5g of sugars in them. Taste nice an all, surely these can't be good for you?

One of the most expensive protein bars on the market - you get what you pay for.

Obviously don't live on them.

Recently got given a snickers protein bar for free. It was delicious, although not sure how decent the protein is in them. Then I looked how much they cost

Holland and Barratts currently have an offer on the Grenade bars - buy two get the second half-price.

Protein might be good for muscle, but you have can too much.

The shop next to my gym sold them for £1.79 but they've stopped they still sell the protein shakes like but really liked the bars.

I was gifted some hurricane xs bars that are sold by myprotein. They were chocolate orange flavour and quite chewy.
