Protein after cardio?

My pre season training schedule looks a little like this

Mon - chest/tri/shoulders
Tuesday - cardio/legs/abs
Wednesday - backs/biceps
Thursday - cardio/legs/abs
Friday - rest
Saturday- rest
Sunday - cardio

2 x protein shakes a day
5mg x creatine a day

11st 4lb
21 years old
18% body fat

Any constructive advice is greatly appreciated

your probably taking too much creatine, its not doing you any harm but its a waste of money, about 3grams.
 
If you want to lose weight and look good, I'd make weight training the priority (in regards to training), so you want to be freshest for that. You don't really need to do cardio if your goal is simply to lose weight tbh, but prioritise your training.

I always do it on separate days at home as I no longer have gym membership but I used to so was just wondering. I do find I lose more weight in weeks I've done more cardio though.
