Problem with Kids sleeping

Thats the thing. We work from home and its a real struggle to get them to do schoolwork and support them enough. We then need a break ourselves so often fall into the trap of letting them watch TV in the evening.
Even just getting some simple board games will help of an evening to replace TV. A few decks of top trumps cards will get them thinking too. Or a game where they have to use their memory.

Going to school gives children a lot of exercise even if there is no PE on the timetable so you need to replace this as it is good for sleep, that applies to adults as well.

8 year old pretty much refusing school work now though he will read at least. Hes having difficulty getting over to sleep too, dotting around up and down the stairs and getting into mischief.
3 year old sleep is terrible, working from home I have no chance to really do much with him during the day.
Everyone sleeps better when we can get out on bikes 🙌

We try and get out for a half hour walk after tea every night. That’s helping a bit. Ideally it’d be more, but I definitely notice a difference when she’s been out to when she hasn’t.
