Can’t really argue with that. He said in his post match interview that he learnt a lot from Xabi Alonso in Germany. Add to that the fact he’s matured into a superb captain and is currently one of if not the top performing midfielder in the Premier League.

He’s also probably at peak handsomeness so you can’t fault the lad really.
 
At the end of the day, Mags fans will think Tonali is better and we’ll think Xhaka is better. So what difference does it make.
 
Since when did ncle fans offer a plausible opinion on football? With or without a drink - but then again they only offer an opinion when they've had a drink with other clowns to back their view.

Anyway, Granit is a far better & effective performer.
 
I seem to remember putting in here that I thought Xhaka was a liability for Arsenal, when he seemed to be getting sent off all the time.
I take it all back Granit.

I saw one guy in Facebook arguing that Tonali was better than any player at Sunderland for the last 30 years or so.
 
Poor lad is homesick for AC Milan - or also maybe Juventus. Seemingly anywhere other than Newcastle will do.

Gosh you just HATE to see it.
