I know it's not the biggest distance, but having slipped a disc a few months ago I've done absolutely bugger all and lost any level of fitness that I had.
The run is for charity and is in 5 weeks time. Anyone got any tips on training schedules and stuff? I've got a treadmil (it's 40+ outside ) so I can easily measure time/distance etc.
