I think the issue is he is rather outspoken (which we all know anyway) so tends to fall out with the hierarchy quite quick.

Poyet wouldn't be the right man because he would want more say on transfers which would be unlikely to completely align with the model. Having said that though, i feel it's really important our next manager can speak a few different languages. We have a lot of young foreign lads who aren't brilliant with english yet, and who knows how much of an impact that had when TM would try to get messages across
