Of course in theory your right. However football has its head in the sand when it comes to violent and dangerous behaviour towards fans by the minority. It is not dealing with issues as they arise hence making it acceptable. When authority does not deal with an issue people take it into a their own hands. Tit for tat this is where it starts and football as a safe family sport to attend gets caught up in a vortex it can’t get out of. Punish the fans and punish the clubs associated with them for the smallest transgression.

The club do have a major dilemma though. Do they shift the away fans now? Or wait another season? I know a few people who now won’t sit in the north stand

They can't really move them now as they will have already sold season tickets in every part of the ground for next season. It would have to be the season after next at the earliest.
