Police arrest barca directors!



The way the club has been run the last few years has been ridiculous really. Previously all about the academy with the odd star signing thrown in, now for large periods forgetting about the academy to make a string of massive signings that just haven't been good enough on huge wages.

They have some good kids coming through again, but they have many aging stars that will need replacing. Clearly a club in a really bad way currently.

For all of their brilliance on the pitch under Guardiola the way they anointed themselves as the moral guardians of football around that time got very tiresome very quickly.

Wish we were that bad. Some of their young players emerging are brilliant.
 
They were like this just before guardiola took over. Ronaldinho didn’t turn up for training, upcoming elections, riijkard lost control and struggling on the pitch (relatively speaking)

Sure they’ll get things back to normal after this season.
 
I was surprised when no further action was taken over the Neymar fiasco, either by the authorities or the Spanish League.

There was no doubt whatsoever that when they signed Neymar the payments made were a deliberate attempt to defraud the Spanish tax office. Neymar (and Messi) have been found guilty of that separately and were given sentences which meant they didn't actually have to serve any time, but the club was complicit.

In 2015 Elche were demoted from La Liga despite finishing 14th because they were late on a 5m euro payment to the Spanish tax office. A ludicrously severe punishment, considering the debt was settled less than a month later. As a result of that punishment Elche almost went out of business.

Barcelona has actually been guilty of a deliberate deception, an outright fraud, and yet has received no punishment whatsoever.

The list of "crimes" against Barça of the now ex-president of Barça and his board of directors is endless. The latest one is to have paid a a company to create false facebook pages to publish information and opinions in order to discredit people considered "hostile" to them. These people included Leo Messi (object ofthe €555 million 4-year contract), Gerard Pique and Pep Guardiola. They seem to have "inflated" the cost of the social media contract so that someone could "pocket" the money.

In Madrid they are considering erecting a Statue in honour of Bartomeu, the ex-president, for destroying the club.
Compared to Bartomeu Donald is a saint

p.s. Why do you pay someone €112 million a year and then try to discredit him???
