According to this board Embleton, Wright, Stewart, Onien Matete are all useless, so it is surprising we are still at 0-0.

None have them have been good. The fact that Embleton, Stewart, O’Nien and Matete have been so poor demonstrates why we have zero in the goal column. Had chances to create proper openings and the lack of quality of composure hasn’t been there. Wright has been ok defensively but distribution poor.

Plymouth have also been poor. The standard has been awful. It’s a big jump to the level above

Am I ok to say Evans is having a good game?

He's been excellent.

The thing is, his skillset is absolutely ideal in games like this.

However, we probably don't really need to start him in 75% of our home games which are against teams who will sit back, allow us to dominate possession and will scarcely cross the halfway line.

And that's coming from someone who really likes him and feels he's vital in games like today.

Considering we're playing a team above us who have won their last six home games without conceding a goal, that was okay, not brilliant, but, okay. Gooch on for O9 at LWB, maybe? The first ten of the second half is going to be crucial, for us, as that's where we've looked at our weakest. Hoping that we can find something to change the game.
