Not at all. It's strange saying a 30 goal striker shouldn't start in the play offs but I thought Stewart linked the play far better and his movement allowed Gooch to get on the ball in dangerous areas.

I don't think it's controversial mate, he played well today and his link up play and movement helped our midfield. He was relentless with his closing down as well.

We need a bigger sample size though, and against better teams to get a better idea of what he can offer us.

Still needed them to go down to ten men but was much better. Two wins in the last 9 and both were draws until red cards came out. We definitely forced the red this time though, through desperate defending from them trying to keep us out

We won! Massive credit to Lee Johnson for being positive.

• Stewart was excellent throughout - its was his first real opportunity and he took it. We have a good signing there.
• Gooch played the number 10 role for most of the game and showed how poor O'Brien is - you could argue 3 assists for Gooch - compare to O'Brien normal waste of a shirt performance. Please don't play O'Brien again.
• Maguire could make a difference in the play offs

On the negative

• Our central midfielders are very poor - they simply can't pass and Winchester can't control a ball.
• Power is nowhere near as good as McLaughlin at RB - yes, Diamond was at fault for their goal but Power's constantly at fault positionally. He doesn't know how to play FB.
• Diamond has real potential but can't last the full 90.

Overall, very pleasing and if we win next week we go into the play offs with form and again a big pat on the back for the manager.
