Yeah i know, they have to announce him as signed permanent before the list is released. if they make it a permanent You can sign anyone now and takes affect 15th June

Indeed but he wouldn’t be registered until the window opens so can’t be retained. Sometimes there is a “ in negotiations “ section but doubt we’d announce that for first team.
He won't be signing as his preferred position is where GX plays.
