Yes I was about to say Dean Whitehead. He grafted and by all accounts is a canny fella but I hated him as a footballer. Utter rubbish and could not kick a ball properly.
Obviously hate the likes of Terry, Barton, etc but they're all justified in being hated.

I ‘hate’ a lot of players, non of them irrationally. Strangely I have an irrational like for many players, the weirdest one has to be Altidore, I just can’t bring myself to dislike him and I wish him well.
