Players unhappy from the start tonight

I think that was part of the problem, too many people were happy last week and it allowed the players to drop their guard. We usually get a reaction after a defeat so i expect a huge improvement against Wolves. The manager allowed the players to get complacent.
 
I don’t pay much attention to these sort of things, but I watched forest warm up and they looked sharp, focused and full of energy. I think they had more coaches than players :lol:

I thought we were poor against Villa and our come back papered over a poor display.
 
people on here are nuts...they just imagine stuff and post it one here..and otehr loonies lap it up becaue they want things to be bad for some reason

we played shit..thats it

they got a couple of lucky goals and there was no coming back

I disagree, and they weren't 'lucky goals'. We gifted them.

I noticed the players' body language during the game. Usually they're visibly up for it, there's obvious spirit and they play for each other.
Not last night. They looked uncomfortable and bewildered. It's one of the rare times when we're behind and I thought 'we're not going to claw anything back from this'. After the second goal I was worried we'd get battered.
My hope at half time was that we didn't concede any more goals in the second half. Couldn't string passes together, every cross into the box was headed by their players at both ends, the players were like strangers and couldn't read each other's intentions. Giving the ball away so easily, long balls straight to their players, failing to close down, terrible marking, not being arsed to run, no pace or urgency, Roefs having a 'mare...

When an entire team plays like that, it's more than just an off day.

It’s ridiculous how slowly we move the ball like.

Last night when forest were turning it over they were counter attacking at pace and in numbers

When we get it we pass the fucker side to side and let the other team jog backwards into position. We don’t get any fucker in the box either

Why we played shit is the topic of discussion though.

We’ve conceded 9 goals in 2 matches.

Some highly rated players were severely under par imho : Roefs, Alderete, Mukiele, Xhaka.

After 0-2 the coaching staff needed to change things. RLB didn’t expect the oppo formation?

Set pieces were atrocious both defending and attacking.

He certainly didn’t look it last night mate. It was odd as he wasn’t the only one. Sadiki was losing his rag at his teammates as well which I’ve not seen before,

He definitely didn’t look it, nor did Xhaka - they were miles off their usual fitness levels

People like you are a real problem on here.

In general, I'd be considered as a happy clapper, and I think the negativity on here sometimes is dreadful, but last night wasn't acceptable, and there was definitely something up. Whether it was a falling out, the rumours unsettling the team, or even the virus, I don't know, but that wasn't a normal result or performance. History tells us that.

I know you're not the brightest so we have to make some allowances, but I don't see why you're continually allowed to be so abusive.
