What's the secret? Breathing? Zoning out?
Currently at 1 min 35 secs and increasing by 5 secs daily. PB from a couple of years ago was 2'45.
 


I got up to 5mins but can only do 2mins at the moment.

I try not to look at the stopwatch.

If you clench your arse the tension moves to your stomach muscles away from the spine.
 
I listen to the same song though glance at the time now and again.
I'm a lanky 6 footer and I'm convinced if you are short and squat it's easier. I've got a lot to keep under control.
 
Zoning out I think mate, I do it every other day, normally 2-3 minutes. Once managed it for 5 but sometimes I’m a shaking wreck after 90secs.

I do plank dog legs after my plank, 20 on each side
 
6 mins is my personal best. A year or so back I used to do 3x2 mind every day. No idea why, but it seems to get harder for me these days, not easier.
