So he didn't say it was done, like I said. If the club decide not to go ahead and pay what Chelsea are asking then its not going to get done regardless of if Petrovic has agreed or not.

True, although the intimation was that the fee was a formality. I did find it interesting though, that all week the rumoured fee was consistently €25m and suddenly today I’m seeing that figure has changed to €30m according to some sources. Maybe CFC have moved the goal posts 🤷‍♂️

Chelsea have clearly fed him this and Sunderland tried to cool it. He can’t know the full ins and outs guessing some evidence is shown to him before he posts though

Yeah, I think he admitted that. Too late to put the genie back in the bottle though, which may turn out to be costly for us.

I like patto but we’re clearly going to sign a level above keeper and patto would be on the bench if he’s not away. He’ll play cup games and he would improve from having a top level keeper for competition.

Or he may want first team football and that would mean dropping down a league. Hope he stays.
