Completely useless bit of trivia, between 1972 and 1974 the winning managers (Revie, Stokoe and Shankly) had each won the cup as a player with a different club.

Nobody has since achieved this feat, unless you count Bobby Gould who got a medal as a non-playing substitute for West Ham in 1975.
