I know where this comes from now, its not entirely made up after all
Now, whilst this clearly means that the Antibody testing may show up positive if you've been infected previously with other coronaviruses, hardly anyone is doing those tests - the PCR test does not show positive for anything other than SARS-CoV-2.
At least I have an idea where this narrative comes from now though.

- A positive test result shows you may have antibodies from an infection with the virus that causes COVID-19. However, there is a chance that a positive result means you have antibodies from an infection with a different virus from the same family of viruses (called coronaviruses). Note: Other coronaviruses cannot produce a positive result on a viral test for SARS-CoV-2.
