Football is a fluid game tactically, he sets his team up as do the opposition. He then sees how the game unfolds and changes it to try and better the opposition which he has largely done.

I haven't criticised Ross myself, but I don't think anyone is above criticism and I can understand why fans may be asking questions after we've failed to beat Oxford, Fleetwood and Burton Albion. To suggest they are not proper fans is wrong. Everyone deserves an opinion whether people agree with it or not.

Fans simply accepting second best helped contribute to our demise in the first place imo. Therefore, if there are fans that are questioning tactics, work ethic, team selection etc. they are well within their right to do so. We should be competing for promotion and so far, we've been far from convincing.

Tactically better than Coleman, Grayson and Moyes for a start.

Yeah true can't disagree with that to be honest. Just something needs to be done regarding conceding first and defending set pieces.
 
In Ross's defence, I don't think he knows his best team yet. We've had players coming back from injury and it's given him decisions to make. Based on recent results, he's possibly got it wrong, but he needs time, as do our new signings
 
if he were a proven manager i wouldnt be worried,but his stock is scottish div 2,we could easily of been on 5 or 6 points and remember grayson and coleman did ok early on,we need a win badly and if we cannot do it at home to rochdale then i think the players heads will drop and i dont have much faith in ross raising them

Do any of us, really? Ask the question on here and you'll get a dozen answers, probably in at least 4 different formations. I keep saying it, this is a work in progress.

I think all these players coming back at once as slightly hindered us as we now have an unsettled team with all the chopping and changing.
Hopefully Jack Ross will soon know his best team and results and performances should pick up.

Ha ha ha are you seriously comparing 7 games unbeaten to anything them two managed in their first games?

today oviedo played,mcgeady came on,wyke and sinclair started,only really watmore missing,if we dont beat rochdale i think we can forget about top 2 and will be lucky to get top 6,i think charlton will be above us cum may,we are only 1 point ahead of them,pompey look strong,Pboro will run out of steam,barnsley are better than us,Luton are decent also

Before the game started and you saw the team with wyke maja and sinclair playing in a 442 did you think the tactics were wrong...... Be honest now
