Been grafting on there today ,thought it was about 100 year old ,until I asked the owner it's nearly 300 year old can't see many new kips lasting any where near that , built like a castle that kip !

Got married In that church, massive grounds for pics. Old penshaw must have been lovely before all the estates built it up like it is today.

Went in for the first time last Saturday, it's a lovely little church. We used to live in an old terrace around the corner that was built around 1900 on church land.

I'm laws live a stones throw from it on the hill. It's a lovely building but have to admit I've been in once since I was married...... in 2006

Lovely little row of cottages out the back which must be a canny age. Probably tiny, but when you're of a certain age, I guess you don't need all of the accumulated crap.

Yeah the gardens massive ,so is the house 5 bedrooms and 3 sitting rooms anarl .
