From where he was positioned he should be getting to it, but give the lad credit in that he has got himself into the right position.

I'd agree, good save, but wouldn't say it was spectacular.

And I'm talking about exactly what you mean by 'being stronger' and how it relates to the situation of a foul. It's a total irrelevance. Explain how Patto could have been stronger which would have obviated a foul on him.

Being stronger would have obviated a goal.

He's unlucky as he was fouled, but you seem to think that being stronger and being fouled are mutually exclusive, which they're not.

I really enjoy your match reports, but in this instance I fail to see how Patto being 'stronger' would have avoided his being fouled. We'll have to agree to differ it seems , inlet you can be specific on what he could have done.
 
I think we're just looking at it from two different perspectives mate. Being stronger wouldn't have stopped him from being fouled, but it might have prevented the goal.

I was speaking to a family member who was over in time to catch the players going in on Saturday. She said that everyone else stopped for photos and autographs except for Patterson who walked straight in.

Does that not seem a bit odd?

Whereabouts were you? She was left side looking at the entrance, pretty close to the stadium. It's possible she missed him if he was further down the other side.
