Been keeping an eye on this. Looks like the server can’t handle the demand.
I saw that they expected to struggle if they got close to 1 million players, they were already way past that yesterday.

It's a free to play game and they got over 1 million head start buys, absolutely insane. Steam is going to be absolutely intolerable over the weekend starting from now.

I like this guy, despite the fact he's an American 'know it all' and lives in his parents loft and hasn't any 'real-world experience' BECAUSE he has literally spent the last 15 years 'camping' in his room. But there he is, preaching to the audience.Anyway don't get me wrong, he has the 'odd hit' and looks like my brother. If it wasn't for that, no reason to listen any of his opnions. I never watch his gameplay videos, some I do. Glock9 being one of them.

It's harder to miss it. He's like the top 3 all time most subscribed person on Twitch and the comments came in a audience of around 200,000 people.
It was so disgusting and foul-mouthed it made it onto the BBC news front page so missing it is kinda hard.

Several hundred hours sunk into POE around 2013/14. I'll be going down the same route with new summons playthrough.
Anybody got this for PS5, really tempted to get it, not played the first one.

You'll be playing for it years, it's just Diablo but made from the very old Diablo 2 team.
It's upto you whether you want to pay to play it now, or whether it goes back to it's free to play model (2nd half of 2025)
I believe the 1st one had over 30 major patches to the game whether it included new dungeons or system revamps so the game doesn't end up being repetitive despite being a dungeon crawler game.

I’ve got it on ps5 and didn’t really play the first one.
A lot of comments online mention that it’s too hard compared to the first one.
I’m nearly finished act one and it hasn’t been too bad, I’ve died on 2 bosses and it was because I didn’t see them doing a certain skill.

Really enjoying it though, the game is difficult generally but I think they've got it right though maybe they could tone down the bosses a bit. That being said, though they are really hard and take forever, I've actually cheered out loud after killing some of them, can't remember a game making me do that for a long time.
My only real grumble I have is the loot, I feel.like I go hours without a single useful drop even after killing those bloody bosses, there doesn't seem much difference between the stuff dropping at level 18 compared to level 4.

Took the plunge and bought this, started with Mercenary, thought it was a bit meh. Playing as sorcerer now, much more fun and definitely more powerful as long as you don't get too many hits to your character.
I did exactly the same, the reloading on merc annoyed me for some reason.
Just dipping in and out but finished the first act on sorcerer.
The boss fights are loads better than the copy and paste shite on Diablo.

Mercenary just screams a Bard in other games, and the concept doesn't work for me.
Monk is very interesting to me as there's no linear way to play it, its all improvising to the situation
