PAT Testing

Been quoted £2k to get all electrical devices in the house PAT tested. Seems high to me, I do this every few years and I’m sure last time it was only £300-400, which is reasonable.

Anyone know anyone who can do this in East Boldon? Usually takes about a day, but provided the kettle is PAT tested first, you get unlimited cups of tea (not actually unlimited, accepting anymore than 3/4 teas is greedy and rude).
Dunno if it applies to 'domestic' or just businesses, but check a trade reckon the average cost is around £1.25 per item, being discounted if you have over a certain amount of appliances to test.
