Passing on tickets to gain points

Points for merchandise 😂 that’s just as bad as the “points for attending a beam back at Quinn’s bar”

I’m 36 years old and haven’t bought a Sunderland top since I was 15 , I don’t wear them, nothing against people that do but that’s just me.

Imagine losing out on an away ticket to someone because they bought the full 3rd kit, shorts and socks .

Madness

How about a point for leaving the ground after the final whistle when we are at home. A point for continuous singing

And doubt anyone has any problem with you doing that. Dare say other ex pats round country do similar.

I lived in London for 10 years and did about 90% of home games in that period. So know others who do same and drink with them at home and away games.

Sure some do. But its always London that people quote
either the 7:48 grand central or a 7am set off in the car.

I have no real problem with this but if priority for tickets is based on how much money people put into the club, a lot of people on here need to stop twisting about corporates access to tickets.

On the basis you suggest, If you pay for a box/ hospitality (and therefore put the most money into the club) l, you should be first in line for away tickets.
You should. Maybe they should start tiering points based on whether you have an expensive season ticket or a cheapy. Why shouldn’t I get more priority for a west stand half way line seat than a kid in the cheap corner?

If you want to build up BCP as a season ticket holder, there’s loads of opportunities.
Cardiff- GS
Preston- GS
Newcastle Women at Home
Preston (Carabao)- GS
Millwall- ST

There’ll be a cup game in January which with bigger away allocations or a home tie will be a freebie too. Swansea will go to GS. Blackburn, Stoke you’d imagine a good chance for STs. So there’s 8/9 this first half the season alone.

This.

I'm on 50 points now but I still went to both the Preston games and the Women's game despite not really fancying the cup game and the womens game... all so I keep my points high enough to get tickets for Boro/Leeds etc.

At both Preston games there were plenty tickets still available and a fairly close away game. If everyone moaning went to these games they would have all sold out.

The club can’t really police it, the fans really have to police their own. It is a flaw in the system, get rich and stay rich. If people help their mates out once or twice a season I don’t have an issue, some people do it systematically though.

with all due respect, you were the one that decided to start throwing insults around. anyway have a good evening.
With all due respect if you read my post back you will see that I said it would be interesting to see the reaction from the gammons and misogynists. That's only an insult if you class yourself as one of those. I never directed it at any individual unlike you.

Have a nice day.

I will go to several away games a season when I can get tickets. I did consider getting a season ticket so I could get away tickets easier but the way I look at it as a supporter as long as we sell out I am quite happy to sit at home and watch on TV.

Yep 100%. If you want to build up points, buy a season ticket and it’s really easily done.

to me it appears that no matter what criteria is used there'll always be some complaining and blaming others for not being able to get a ticket. some of it is justified but some not so.

We always have more people wanting tickets than we have tickets available. It doesn't matter how they distribute them, there's always going to be some disappointed people.
