Without a takeover I’d have swapped him for Nigel Adkins in a heartbeat. Post takeover I’d go for Gus - so long as we get a DoF in first and make it clear that he has a structure to work in.

Bear in mind that we can only pay incoming players about two grand a week until we're out of this division. That wouldn't even cover BSA's white wine bill.
