Parking for home games

Sundermad1987

Full Back
Does anyone know where I can head to park for home games. I used to park by the park and ride industrial park but I have seen that you can no longer go there.

I have no clue where else I can go as not local and not always able to get up as much as I would like to

I park at the top of that road, outside of howdens. Usually ok but the last few games the walk back has taken ages because of the traffic/away buses lined and amount of people trying to get passed

Thank you will have a look, always went to the park and ride when I lived up Durham way. But seen they have stopped that which is a shame

Usually park up around Angels Place on Church Street East in the east end. Just try not to bump into any of the motorbikes when parking! About a 20 minute walk to the ground.

Park up down at Tatham Street.
Have a couple of beers in the Burton House, and get on Ginger Mary's mini bus to take you over to the SOL.
Or walk it from there over the town bridge, through the Sheepfolds. About 10 to 15 minutes.
The town bridge is nice a quiet before and especially after the match with no dawdlers or 4 abreast chatterers slowing things down now.
The sheeple use the new footbridge, while the clever ones still use the town bridge.

Park at the University in Chester road, 3 quid and the money goes to charity. It's about a 15 minute walk to the stadium over the new footbridge. Leaving, head up Chester road takes you direct to the A19 , where you can also join the A1M.

You can still park at Howdens and the units round there, at least you could a couple of months ago.
