Yeah probably. I also can see them dropping brook or hales some games and playing Curran/woakes instead with everyone shifting up a position. I don’t think they should like as Livingstone/Ali/stokes are easily good enough to act as the 5th bowler between them.
 

Just joining this. As a first thought, I would say it’s a good thing for Salt that he keeps wicket. He would never get a game, otherwise.
Terrible bit of fielding from the umpire.
