Our home leg tickets went on sale instantly yesterday, away legs tickets will be like rocking horse shit to get hold of.
Would have preferred a Wembley final in front of 80,000 against you lads, instead of one of the tin pot outfits awaits whoever wins.
Can’t stand Mk or Wycombe, but hope Mk beat Wycombe, who are a horrible club to play against .

Was 2800 last time and I can’t see it being more than that this time round. Since Coventry ran a mock, away fans don’t get the lower bit of the upper tier.
If we were to sell the lower bowl (we won’t) but if we did, I don’t think you can segregate past where the 2800 went up to

Don't think Steve Neil will allow any bigger allocations after the Coventry fiasco , Man Utd had 6 thousand there that night for Semi final spread right around Premier concourse

I have no idea if they've done this or why, but maybe they think having 5-6k away fans turn up and take over might nullify our home advantage. I know it works both ways but our crowd is possibly a bit more nervy.

Given the importance of ticket sales to revenues for both clubs, I simply cannot understand this, if true. We don't help ourselves sometimes.

I disagree with that thinking...for a game like this, having a bigger away following should galvanise our support, if anything. Small away followings make for a terrible atmosphere, more often than not. And as you say, it works both ways. I wish we made it easier for opposition fans to attend, not harder. Except for Coventry. Even the mags are better behaved.

I'm probably with you to be honest just thinking about what the club's perspective might be. At the end of the day whatever the circumstances we need to stand up and be counted so may as well go all in and make it a proper tie.
