Seem to be getting better by the week.

It's almost as if many have accepted relegation and just thought fuck it, we're going to support the club to the hilt regardless.

That chant that went off today was genius. Well done to whoever started it.

It's a 5/10 song. It's like the ALS T shirts just quickly hurried off the production line as soon as something vaguely interesting happens. Agreed about the fans being class tho, the Sunderland fans are amazing and always have been since I can remember...

That and you're the one for me are two of our best chants we have had for a good while.
 
Great support yesterday. Hull fans were cocky as fuck in the first half - didn't hear a peep out of them in the second half.
 
Agreed! The noise from our lads sounded like it drowned out the rest of the stadium for the most part

Our support is brilliant.

However, as long as we keep turning up home and away in huge numbers without really pressing or probing for answers to questions, then things will continue as they are.
 
Yesterday the Hull fans (to the right of our end) were completely bemused and gave up. Theoretically we should have been completely demoralised. In adversity, it was almost as though we'd accepted our fate and we'll enjoy the rest of the season - by the end of the game their lot were just completely stunned and couldn't believe.

Had AJ equalised the roof would have come off! take a massive bow lads and lasses and even in defeat, the nine battlers came and showed appreciation at the end. That's why we love the bastards. Unconditional!!

On another note, can we PLEEEAASSSE sing the third/last verse to only fools rush in? Much better than repeating the first and half singing the chorus at the mid-point.

It is when you realise that the players don't matter, the owner, manager and assorted hangers on don't matter and ultimately even the results don't matter. That's just passing fluff in the wind. that's pride - something the above mentioned don;t understand as it isn't a line item on a pay cheque or on an accounts receivable.
