I’m not sure those type typically make good managers. They struggle with players who don’t meet their own high standards, and end up coming across as uncompromising.
Keane struggled with some of our players who couldn’t live up to his expectations.

I would hate Xhaka to manage Sunderland.
He has started to really impregnate the vision of one of the best ever players to represent the club and certainly one of the most influential captains.
Managing Sunderland ultimately ends sour. There isn’t many managers in our history who have remained and maintained legendary status, potentially only one In my lifetime - Stokoe who ultimately relegated us (would have been sacked for the first time).
I want Xhaka to be remembered fondly not to practice his management skills .
