Incredible,fantastic to think that’s on Sunderland’s doorstep,hope they stick around,a genuine tourist attraction,anyone on here seen them?

They wouldn't have been given disembarkation rights at Sunderland marina now of course but at least they have some uses despite what Reform say
 
They must pass up the coast all the time,just never get spotted.
Been about years. No one fishes for them. They started to hang about when the herring (in numbers) about 10/15 years ago, same as the big pods of dolphins.
Was much bigger than that - not saying it was a blue but wasn’t far off. Was huge
Anything big is normally a basking shark.
