O'NIen

2nd only to McGeady for me. How both stayed on the pitch is beyond me.

Hopefully that’s the last time he ever takes a set piece as well

McGeady was awful as well but at least the last ten mins or so he upped his game and got more involved. O'Nien just minced about getting bullied, doing fuck all and pretending to get elbowed and roll around because he lost a header.

I don’t think he has ever particularly been impressive in midfield. His best performances for us have come at right back and a couple at centre half. He isn’t particularly good with the ball at his feet, lacks vision and his awareness of what is around him isn’t great either. His assets are that he’s competitive, a grafter and brave in terms of chucking himself in front of shots.

I don’t think he’s one of our best four central midfielders.
