Back down to earth with a bang today unfortunately. Everyone looked poor and we looked like a team full of strangers. Xhaka's performance was worrying.

Ballard going off was a blow. I love him but he just isn’t robust enough, seems to get a lot of niggly injuries. Think we’ll go all out for the Bologna lad this week now. Seelt looked every bit a rusty championship plodder today which is a shame cos he was fine last week.

With no disrespect to Burnley, we are the favourites to go down bottom of the league. And today’s result showed why. It’s going to be a tough old ride if we lose to teams also guaranteed to go down. Gotta just hope over the course of the season our players gel more and become stronger together otherwise writing on the wall
