Had a conversation with John 0’Shea a few years ago and he said if we hadn’t sacked him, he would have kept us up.
Personally I thought it was the right thing to do at the time, but it makes you think

We were sleeping walking to relegation, it needed to be done even if a lot of us didn't like that it did.
 
I've never placed a great deal of stock in coaches since Reid, but Reggie has been incredible, both seasons here have been better than could be expected, that's some going.

Means everything going well on the pitch, some long term stability and I just like the bloke

Wouldn’t it be brilliant if someone could build a legacy here
