Largely because for most of the first half Brobbey was the only one who was showing for the ball. Tbf not sure I’d have wanted to give it to the midfield either, they kept giving it away.

He defended well him and Ballard kept there new 40/50M strike force at bay. He wasn’t great on the ball but there wasn’t much showing for him to pass into. Overall he defended well as did Ballard

Yes he had a really good game against Palace, but then Brentford away was an absolute stinker for him. You're right needs to find the consistency from before his concussion, its been since then things have been a bit iffy for him, mainly needless mistakes.

Think he needs a rest, hasn't been right for a few games now, bring in 09 for him or could put Reinildo at LCB and Cirkin left back or Mukiele and Ballard as the RCB and LCB with Hume right back and Reinldo left back, we have options.
Should have closed the ball down for their 3rd was a very poor attempt to block

He did well at Everton away for 120 mins and scored the winning penalty, I think Alderete is quality but his performances of late have been poor and I did say we have other options if we were to rest him not just 09 like Reinldo to switch to CB to partner Ballard or Mukiele and Ballard as the two CBs.O'Nein for Alderete! Not sure I'd be having him playing line breaking passes as a negative atm like, at least two recently have lead to us scoring a goal and he's one of the few actually looking to play them.
They're obviously risky but RLB keeps yapping on about us needing to be braver so maybes others should try it too.
