Echo has been lazy for a very, very long time. To be fair so has every other tabloid as well.

The bloke has already stated he wants to stay here and still the Echo write a story saying he’s on Marseille’s shortlist. Journo’s just trying to rock the boat on what has been a phenomenal season.
 
When we qualify for Europe in a few weeks, he'll be out there shopping for 4-6 players to thicken up the squad. Assuming that isn't the Champions League we would stand a good chance of winning it, maybe getting in the CL by that route. Either case would increase our profile and budget massively.
Why would Florent move to take on a new project when this one is going so well?
 
Looking at his history, he has tended to only stay somewhere for 2 years really. Whether that is what he wants or it's just been circumstances I have no idea. He's far more visible than Speakman mind, he's constantly with the team.
