I was looking at buying two tickets in phase 1 with 2 numbers and then buy another batch of tickets in phase 2 together and then sell the first 2

Thankfully the rest of the people who I asked if they wanted to come said they couldn't, so the 2 bought in phase 1 is enough.

Yes, even the "restricted view" seats are nothing to worry about. It just means that there is a railing in your view if sitting down.
