No. The fans don’t own anything if I am reading this correctly. TFT buy the shares and continue to own them. The fans buy ‘tokens’ from TFT that enables them to have some form of voting right on decisions. I genuinely don’t understand how this could possibly work, as TFT would only have 39% of the shares, and so any voting right that fans have bought would be meaningless unless the owners of the other 61% agree.that's really bad news. In other words the shares are being bought by people with no money.
If the losses are say £10m for this year then fans buying into this are going to be on the hook for part of the bill?
